My experience over Obstetrics "Gynecologists: how often are patients clearly uncomfortable in front of you?"

I (early 20s) had an appointment with my gynecologist and I got visibly embarrassed and uncomfortable and she clearly noticed. She changed her tone and started talking to me in a really soft way and normalized what we were talking about even sharing info about herself.

Now afterwards I’m really embarrassed, like I was so awkward that she noticed. How often do gynecologists come across this? I’m trying to make myself feel better my reminding myself I can’t be the only one and I wanna know if that’s true?
