My experience over Obstetrics "Noticed bleeding when not on period"

Kinda embarrassed to say but my partner and I have been have lots of sex recently (2-3 times a day, 4 days a week). But I noticed yesterday and today I was bleeding but my period is usually always on the 16th-27th of the month. I am not noticing extreme pain, just slight cramping. He did also say he recently felt the IUD more than the other times. Is this something to be concerned about or should we chill on the intercourse?

I kinda wanna ask here because its expensive to see the doctor, I went in for a UTI urine test 2 weeks ago and its $482.81, so i'm scared what this would cost 😬
