My experience over Obstetrics "Physician's Assistant couldn’t figure out what this stuff was in my vagina..mystery..can anyone help?"

Two weeks ago I got a really bad rash / contact dermatitis or something right after sitting on a long flight. So I used baby diaper rash zinc oxide cream (a lot of it, for about 4-5 days). After that I started feeling like my discharge was weird. The last few days there’s been a lot more discharge and it’s been very watery. So I was thinking maybe the cream ruined my PH and I have BV or something. I come to urgent care and they take all this STUFF out of my vagina. The PA said she’s never seen anything like this before and isn’t sure what it is …. But that I shouldn’t be concerned? Can anybody help?
