Obstetrics - Vaginal hyperplasia even possible in humans?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Vaginal hyperplasia even possible in humans?"

I have resundant vaginal mucosa and some excess urethral tissue. Enough so that functionung is impacted (penetration is very difficult and urine flows oout not down). Ive met a couple people on Reddit by now with similar such tissue, but finding information online has been impossible. The most similar thing I could ifnd was vaginal hyperplasia. However, this seems to be A) a vetrinary issue B) a response to hormonal fluctuations and not a congenital issue

Is something like hyperplasia even possible in humans? Or is it just regarded as a lil excesa tissue and this tissue happens to minorly affect a few parta if functioning?
