My experience over Obstetrics "Colposcopy (biopsy)"

Hi everyone I had a colposcopy biopsy done on Tuesday and I’m still spotting when I pee. I also had a weird looking scab come out, I think it’s mucus? Is that normal? And should I be limiting myself from going to the gym and lifting ?
