My experience over Obstetrics "Missed a pill by a few hours, are those things normal?"

Hi there,

Two days ago I took my pill 2 hours later than I usually do. I've taken my pill normally since but I'm experiencing a lot of pain. On the scale of my endometriosis infested person, it's a solid 6. A few minutes ago I also passed 3 blood clots about 4 cm each. No spotting or other blood loss before that.

I have been on this pill for nearly 2 years and have missed a pill in the past but the pain never lasted that long and the clots were smaller.

I would like to know if I should be concerned or not as to not waste my gyno's and my time.

I would appreciate your thoughts, thank you!
