My experience over Obstetrics "Light periods following D&C, Should I be concerned?"

I’ve always had normal periods my whole life. I had a missed miscarriage in September and had a D&C. I waited ten weeks and never got my period back. Dr did ultrasound and blood test and everything is fine but I did see on the ultrasound that my endometrial lining was really thin (based on my googling). Dr put me on birth control for two months to get things going. The two months on BC I had a period finally but it was literally just spotting. Dr told me I could get off BC and cleared me to try conceiving again. I just had my first period off the pill, third one total since the D&C, and it’s still so light it’s just spotting. I don’t need to wear tampons and I basically only see color when I pee and wipe with toilet paper and it only lasted 3 days when typically my period lasts for 5-6. My Dr says everything is fine but I’m wondering if I should get a second opinion? I just don’t feel like it’s improving and this whole thing seems crazy to me…
