My experience over Obstetrics "Not sure whats going on.."

I got my period late this month, then again its never been regular anyways. It started out with mood swings, frequent bouts of crying and hopelessness. I had bad lower back pain and my boobs were very sore especially around the aerola and nipples. This went on for a week before my period finally showed up. Regular at first, but by second day it was so heavy I was having to change my pad multiple times throughout the day. Eventually I started to pass clots. Mostly quarter size, until later that night. They just kept getting bigger and bigger with more pain. I felt hot, faint and very dizzy. I started to pass clots as big as a golf ball. Changing pad every two hours throughout the night. Next day smaller clots, less blood. Still quite heavy for me. Im off my period now, but still feeling tired and dizzy. Ive been supplementing iron and a multivitamin. Im starting to think if maybe I had a miscarriage or something. I have hypothyroidism too.
