My experience over Obstetrics "Missed my period for 2 months & Negative pregnancy Test"

I missed my period for going on 2 months. I don’t have PCOS and I am not pregnant. However, I did have oral sex and was wondering could that be why I’m late for almost 2 months? (Please help and yes I’ve been to the urgent care)
