My experience over Obstetrics "Tons of blood during sex HELP"

Me and my boyfriend who have been having sex for years now where having sex. I was on top and when I got off tons of blood spewed out all over him and my bed. I’m not being dramatic It was a cup full. The most blood I’ve ever seen in my whole life. I panicked and ran to the bathroom and blood trail behind me. The toilet was full of blood. I had no pain just like a slight ache but I’m freaking out. I’ve not been on my period in over a week. I’m on the pill and nexplonan. My obgyn is closed and I know my urgent care won’t know anything. I think I’m fine now but this has never happened to me I’ve never bled during sex. What could be the reason I can’t find this online
