Obstetrics - ovary pain?

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "ovary pain?"

Im F20 197 lbs and 5’3.

I have a slight very annoying and persistent burning internal type of pain on my lower right abdomen more towards my pelvis. it also is my lower abdomen like where my uterus would be and occasionally on the left.

it’s not sharp and i tried a couple of the indicator tests for appendicitis with no pain, yet i still have anxiety that it might be appendix. I am not pregnant.

that health anxiety aside, I got off nexplanon in Dec 2021 because it made me gain a ton of weight. and started Lo Loestrin, but after multiple panic attacks and feelings of anxiety, depression, and helplessness, i went to my OB for an appointment and she gave me some trial packs of Balcoltra to begin the following day and to cease Loestrin. However, after one day of talking it, I had another massive panic attack and my family and I decided it best not to continue considering that I never had anxiety or depression issues prior to beginning the pill. I notified my OB of this and i’m not sure when my next appointment will be because I’m at university and my OBs office is across town :/

i just need someone who has some knowledge to give me any inkling of what this might be because i have so much health anxiety. I don’t have the money to be going to urgent care or the ER at all, I already have some outstanding bills from my last visit plus the bill from my Nexplanon removal. of course if it should come to that then I would make that decision—i want to be healthy and I want to live. but i am just confused and scared. My mom just thinks it’s me being a hypochondriac which is true i suppose because it is some anxiety and speculation but the pain is there nonetheless. any OBGYNs have insight ? :(

my pediatrician also suggested looking into PCOS at my last physical, but I have not done so yet being that the focus was to remove my nexplanon over the past 6-7 months (ended up needing general anesthesia and surgery). could it be a cyst?
