Obstetrics - Abnormal bleeding after “finishing” even with no penetration:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Abnormal bleeding after “finishing” even with no penetration"

I wanted to start off with saying that I do plan to go to an OB/GYN, but I’ve never been to one before (I’m 20 years old) and I’m just scared and wondering what they would check for and how they would check for those things? I have anxiety about going to the doctor so I try to brush things off but I know that abnormal bleeding can be serious

But, basically, every time I do my own thing (no penetration, just clitoral stimulation) and finish, sometimes I’ll get cramping and bleeding. It’s not normal period blood (I haven’t had my period in 3 years because I’m on BC, the Depo-Provera SubQ), it’s as if you mixed regular blood with discharge if that makes sense? Sometimes it’ll only last for a few hours, days and a couple of times it’s been over a week. It’s not heavy bleeding, it’s similar to spotting I guess? The cramping isn’t insanely bad, but I do typically have to take a tylenol to help.

My family has a history of either cervical or ovarian cancer, I can’t remember which one, my mom has PCOS, and my aunt has the early stages of PCOS (that’s what the gyno said, although I’m not quite sure what that means) but I also have hypothyroidism which I know can affect hormones and everything

When I did have my period, it was SUPER irregular

I also have what feels like a lump in my breast, although it’s very bumpy feeling so I think it’s just fatty tissue but idk

I’m basically just asking what this could be, because my health anxiety is through the roof right now and I’m really scared Sorry for the long post I’m trying to give as much information as I can that I think would possibly be helpful
