My experience over Obstetrics "Can ovarian cysts cause lower back pain?"

Even when they are small, healing, and haven’t caused back pain before? My ovarian cyst on my left side has caused pain but it’s always in the front. It’s my fourth week and while it seems to be getting better I woke up with back pain that hasn’t gone away, it’s positional and seems worse with certain movements (just like the cyst pain I had in the beginning that I thought was gas). Let me know what you think! (And yes, I am following up with my doctor as well!)
