My experience over Obstetrics "Inside of my vagina feels hard on one side"

When I put two fingers inside my vagina it feels hard on one side, I also have mild pelvic pain on that side and an ache inside my vagina.

I have HPV and was told I have low grade dysplasia. I’m awaiting a colposcopy but my appointment isn’t for a month, could this be cancer?
