My experience over Obstetrics "Luteal phase spotting"

I’m 25F / 125lbs / 5”9.

I started with spotting on day 19 of my cycle, I’m now on day 24 and it’s still going. I’ve had spotting now and then but never as long, today is the 6th day. My cycle is usually around 32 days, not on contraception, pregnancy test today negative.

Any idea what could be causing this? We are trying to conceive so it concerns me.
