My experience over Obstetrics "Can someone explain my pap results please, I’m worried"

My last pap said epithelial cell abnormality detected and atypical squamous cells of undermined significance (asc-us). Is there anything I should be worried about or request for further testing. I’m scared this indicates I have hpv or pre cancer.
