My experience over Obstetrics "Possible postpartum complication?"

Hello I’m 21f and about 1.5 weeks postpartum. Today very suddenly I’ve developed moderate to severe abdominal pain that stretches horizontally across my belly button region and also down in my pelvic area “mom pouch” region. It is very severe when standing and it hurts to breathe when standing. I can not lay down on my right side from the pain either. It hurts to touch and place pressure on my abdomen as well. This is also accompanied with a painful pressure when using the bathroom. I have no fever, chills, or vomiting so I don’t know if I have an infection or if I should try to get in to see a doctor.
