Obstetrics - Leep procedure did not work, I have dysplasia again. Is this bad?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Leep procedure did not work, I have dysplasia again. Is this bad?"

Leep did not work, help I’m freaking out

I had a leep last summer for moderate dysplasia. Clear margins after that. Then No changes except inflammation but hpv free at 6 month follow up.

My next 6 month was today and now I am positive for hpv again with mild dysplasia. I thought the leep was going to work. Im so stressed out, what is happening. Has anyone experienced this? I don’t want to get cancer. Im only 24.
