My experience over Obstetrics "Positive & negative uti test? Help?"

Hi! 20F w kyleena IUD & lots of health anxiety. Took UTI at home test today after yellow discharge & bloating. First one came up positive (purple so v positive) for leukocytes but no nitrates. Second one 20 min later came up negative for either. What to do?
