My experience over Obstetrics "Treatment for intravaginal/intrauterine caustic substances?"

I’m EM. There is a decent amount of conversation regarding SMAs and complications….except caustic substances. Bleach, etc is mentioned….but not management. What do we do with such a patient? How common is this, and would you transfer or admit?
