Obstetrics - help Understanding ultrasound results ovarian cyst:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "help Understanding ultrasound results ovarian cyst"

Transvaginal ultrasound results are as follows for the right ovary (nothing found on left):

A well marginated, anechoic structure with internal debris adherent to the walls of the structure measuring 2.2 x 1.6 x 2.4 cm and demonstrating no appreciable internal vascular flow and moderate peripheral vascular flow upon color doppler interrogation. There is no significant free fluid in the pelvis.

Is this bad? In the impression section it says "primary differential considerations include a hemmhoragic ovarian cyst versus a corpus luteal cyst. An ovarian cystic neoplasm, while less favored, can not be excluded."

Is an ovarian cystic neoplasm cancer? I know it says that's less likely but I'm still terrified and can't talk to my doctor until Monday.
