My experience over Obstetrics "weird raised line of skin on my perineum?"

a few years ago i noticed that i have a raised almost flap of skin on my perineum. It's not painful or anything and almost looks like a little labia if that makes sense. Does anyone know what this might be or why i have it? i've never seen anyone else have it before
