My experience over Obstetrics "Help w Brown vaginal discharge with no period, very abnormal!"

Hello! I’m very concerned right now. I haven’t had a period in 8 years because I’ve had back to back IUDs. I just noticed brown discharge in my underwear today, and went and looked at yesterdays pair and it was there too. I’ve never experienced this in my 8 years of not having a period. I’m wondering if this is a cause for concern / emergency. Thank you!
