My experience over Obstetrics "used monistat now im bleeding"

help! i emailed my gyno last night and she didn’t get back to me today :( i used monistat 7 to treat a possible yeast infection. im taking 4 months of antibiotics for TB and my gyno said i possibly have a YI because of the itching near area of urination and clitoral area. no redness, no weird discharge. but i did have self sexy time once and it burned after urination but that was it.

after day 1 of monistat, it’s been like 24 hours and it burned SO bad when i used it. it finally subsided 12 hours later but im so irritated and there’s still mild burning. im not swollen but am very red (i checked lol), and my clitoral area feels more painful. and then i noticed a huge red spot on my underwear, and it felt like i had my period on a lighter day. i then cleaned it and saw it may be discharge (it was thick and not all blood!) that was super red?

what do i do? do i keep using monistat? do i not? i want the itching to stop altogether and i want the burning to stop too :( i also am not going to the ER because it’s really far and each time i go, they just refer me to a specialist. i am happy to wait 24 hours for my gyno to get back to me lol
