Obstetrics - What to do about menorrhagia?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "What to do about menorrhagia?"

I hate periods. Its so irregular. Sometimes it doesnt even come and then most of the time when it comes, its so heavy like dude wth. I remember the first time i got my period, i didnt know i was gonna get my period so i was eating a whole lot of really really spicy snack with cold water. I started having so bad cramps at that time that i thought i would die. I usually drink a spoon or more of turmeric with boiled water which helps with lessening the blood and the pain though idk how. Sometimes it lessens the blood. Sometimes it delays the period. I have not gone of birth control because i have heard there are bad side effects to it. Any advices there about this condition and whether turmeric is a good idea or not. Personally, i feel like turmeric is a good idea.
