My experience over Obstetrics "27f, would I need a pelvic exam?"

I had no periods for over a year and ended up being diagnosed with a pituitary tumor. I started medication for that and my period came back, but I’ve been getting it every two weeks. My doctor wants me to go back to my OBGYN and tell her what is going on. I’m just really afraid she’ll have to do an exam so I’ve been putting it off. Any advice?
