My experience over Obstetrics "Yellow yellow/green discharge for 3 weeks?"

Hi, 21F, so for about 3 weeks I’ve been noticing discharge that ranges from more yellow to yellow/green, there has been no itching, smell, or pain but I believe my cervix is sensitive because even though it doesn’t hurt if I start to feel it a lot there will be very light bleeding that has happened a few times. I am sexually active with my boyfriend of two years and he’s been my only sexual partner ever; I noticed the discharge 2 days after we came back from a week vacation where, we were more sexually active than usual and I also was not doing good with peeing after sex. We also do not use any condoms and I’m not on birth control. Two pregnancy tests came out negative. Could this be BV or a yeast infection even though I don’t have itching or smell?

Update: I’m also a week late for my period today, which isn’t uncommon for me; my period is irregular but it was actually regular for once for the last 3 months up until this month :( the discharge has also been changing in consistency as my cycle has been going; ranging from more watery to a little bit more thick
