My experience over Obstetrics "Is my girlfriend pregnant or is it just PMS?"

My girlfriend is experiencing nausea, cramps in her lower abdomen, and her she says her boobs hurt 2 weeks before her period. We had oral sex, fingering and handjob stuff. I vaguely remember that my hand was dry when I fingered her but what would happen if it wasn’t? Why is she experiencing these symptoms? Should I be worried? I am scared. Please offer some advice. Thank you!
