My experience over Obstetrics "Pelvic inflammatory disease help"

I had chlymidia from my ex cheating on me for two years without knowing! I then started to get pain in right my right pelvic I went to the hospital they gave me a shot and 14 days of doxycycline and FLAGYL. Finished the course still having pain a month later that’s getting worse and moving to left side. Went back to hospital finally someone helped me I’m back on a higher dosage of FLAGYL and the same dose of doxycycline. He done a swab of my cervix to see what bacteria it is and what antibiotics will work best, anyone else go through this? Feel so alone I just want this to be treated it’s cause me so much stress it’s going on since July. Anyone any similar story ?
