My experience over Obstetrics "Postpartum Bleeding?"

Hello. I thought I was being safe and paying attention to my body. I had sex around 4-5 weeks postpartum. I had no bleeding since week 2 and no discharge for the end of week 3 and 4. So again, thought we were being safe. Now I’ve been bleeding for 3 days. It’s not heavy bleeding, but it keeps starting and stopping. Do I call the doctor? Or does this sound like normal bleeding after postpartum sex? By the way, I had a c section after induced labor (23hrs of labor). C section went very well, no issues. Baby’s head was stuck, caught my cervix between his head and pelvic bone. I’ve been feeling some light pain there, so I’m wondering if my cervix was maybe still too sensitive. Any info helps, thank you.
