My experience over Obstetrics "Prebagged Prewashed salad?"

Hello, Is prebagged prewashed salad ok to eat after rinsing it? I just had a sandwich and used lettuce from a prebagged salad, Ive eaten salad at olive garden twice this pregnancy (Im 26 weeks) And in my first trimester had a couple salads that were also prebagged. Is it safe? Are my chances of getting sick higher?
