My experience over Obstetrics "Could I be pregnant?"

Sooooo I know I’m an idiot for this, but I had unprotected sex yesterday (Saturday) and the night before that (Friday). Thursday was the day I was supposed to ovulate, according to my tracker app. I’m not on any form of birth control. Well today (Sunday) my vaginal discharge is coming out thin and pink. I read online that this could mean my egg just got fertilized. Is this actually a possibility? I’m scared. Is there anything else pink discharge could mean??? The guy I had sex with is someone I’ve been seeing for less than two months and we’re not even official yet. And we’re both only 23.
