My experience over Obstetrics "Doctor called to discuss lab results"

Saw my OBGYN for a 6 month post partum check up on Monday. I received my results no abnormal pap and everything is good yesterday. But they called and left me a voicemail that they need to go over my lab results. I got blood work done too. They are closed for the day so I can’t call and they didn’t post anything to the portal except about the Pap smear yesterday. Is this something to worry about??? Have other women experienced this?? It seems weird to me that they didn’t post any other results or mention the other stuff they need to go over. I’m going to have anxiety all night.
