Obstetrics - I think I might have a UTI but I also don't think I have a UTI?

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "I think I might have a UTI but I also don't think I have a UTI?"

Let me tell you the extent of what I am experiencing: when I am not distracted (like laying down to sleep or sitting), I will feel these weird "bladder" throbs, or my vagina will have a strange throbbing/pulsating sensation, and it feels completely involuntary. The sensation is so odd and uncomfortable that it has stopped me from sleeping well these past couple of nights.

HOWEVER, it doesn't hurt to pee, there's no burning, no strange colored urine as far as I can tell, and it's hard to say if I have a frequent urge to urinate or if the bladder spasms are sending signals to my brain that it can only be translated as "you should go pee" because I've never felt this before.

For the past four days I've been sexually active with a longstanding partner (neither of us have any STDs). I'm just confused because I do not have the majority of symptoms associated with a UTI.

(The obvious answer here is that I need to see a doctor, yes I know, but I also work a shit ton, am under a lot of stress, and uninsured, so I guess I'm asking for some general insight before I commit to a visit)
