My experience over Obstetrics "late bc pills and risk of pregnancy?"

I’m not usually this bad at taking my pills but this week has been a bit all over the place. I usually take my pills at 9 pm and started a new pack on 4/6. 4/6 I took the pill at midnight (3 hours late). 4/7 I took it at 9pm (on time). 4/8 (technically 4/9) i took it at 12:45 am (3 hr and 45 min late). 4/9 I left my pack at my apartment and went to my boyfriends place. we always use condoms but of course this time it ripped around 3 am. a good amount was still in the condom but it was definitely broken. we went back to my apartment the next morning and I took my 4/9 pill at 10 am (13 hours late) and then i took plan b around noon (i am 118 so under the weight limit). Since then I have taken the pill exactly at 9. I am well aware that I should be taking the pills at the same time and usually do but always use the condoms in case i slip up. I am concerned about the risk of ovulation since it’s the start of the pack and i’ve taken it at different times, as well as the timing of the condom breaking. we hadn’t had sex the week prior and I will be out of town this week so I won’t be this week either. if anyone can help out or offer any insight that would be very appreciated! I am on the combination pill
