My experience over Obstetrics "Should I see a doctor?"

Hi, I (18F) have been having these small balls of pus randomly appear on my genitals since I was about 12. First I had one that kept popping and coming back. Now I keep getting reappearing small ones and the one I had when I was 12 disappeared and left a mark a bit like a boyle does. It appears when I wear tight underwear or some just appears randomly. I never said anything because I wasn’t close to my mum or my stepmum at the time and was embarrassed. I’m close to my stepmum now but I’m scared she’d be mad I didn’t say anything sooner. Has anyone experienced these weird reoccurring things before? What do you suggest? Online it said it shouldn’t be fatal and I’m still alive so
