My experience over Obstetrics "Unprotected Sex - Plan B?"

Hi. I am a 23F, 5’8 117 lbs, and don’t take any medications.

I had unprotected sex yesterday and took Plan B one hour 30 minutes after sex.

If I take an ovulation test, will it be able to detect if I have ovulation or LH levels or would the plan B cancel it out? Would the plan B create a false positive?

Would the plan B be able to stop pregnancy if ovulation did occur? Would plan B be able to stop implantation at all?

I realize I shouldn’t have had unprotective sex and this was a huge mistake. I am ashamed.
