Hello,

I had sex with my boyfriend ~23 days ago and am now afraid I'm pregnant. Obviously I haven't had my period since then, even though my last period was about a month ago, and I had 1-2 days of light, dark colored bleeding that wasn't my period, which I've read is implantation bleeding. My boyfriend pulled out, but we didn't have a condom or any other contraceptives. How do I know for sure if I'm pregnant or not? (I am getting a test in a few days but want to at least have an idea before then. I've been so stressed out that I genuinely believe that is why I feel sick)
