My experience over Obstetrics "Functional cyst on left ovary, will I ovulated on the right?"

I have either 2 large, or 1 very large functional cyst on my left ovary. Theoretically, I should have ovulated today, but still a negative test. I chose to tell myself that's a good thing, it means my egg will get bigger (I'm going through IUI, and have ovulated early with follicle around 18mm), but am I just fooling myself? Am I likely to just not ovulate this month?

In case it matters, I have ovulated from the left side the last 3 months at least and it feels like I will ovulate on the right, maybe just a little later?
