Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Discharge.."

I made an appointment but wanted to see if anyone else has excessive discharge? Not a bad smell, just the damp smell because it leaves my underwear damp and I don’t wake up like that but notice after a day of work and I don’t remember always being like this. It’s clear no color or anything but I just always feel wet down there throughout the day and it bothers me. I’m scared it may be something serious but I haven’t noticed any other weird symptoms. I can only say I had a miscarriage last year and noticed after the discharge but thought it would be cause of all the hormones.
