My experience over Obstetrics "Unbearable Vaginal Clitoris itch since taking antibiotics"

asking on behalf of my SO. For the last 3 months, she has been having unbearable vaginal (clitoris area) and anal itch on the outer areas, so much so that it has caused her to skip work sometimes. She started getting it exactly after getting sick with Covid early in the year, and then starting a round of antibiotics.

She has not seen a specialist yet, but takes Fluconazole, where the itch would go away for 2 weeks and then return in full force, and it's particularly bad during her period. Unrelated or related, but she has lost almost 5kg of weight during this period with a low appetite too.

She has seen a regular gyno, and done all the tests and stuff and according to them, everything is normal. She has not changed any eating habits or any either, and it seems like the covid + antibiotics round is the trigger
