I had sex like twice with someone last summer. It was my first time & after I started being sexually active I started having gut issues. I get bloated from any snack or meal and I have a balanced diet. I don’t consume dairy. I only have a bowl movement 1-2 times a week now. Is this a coincidence or is there a link here? My friend who also lost her virginity last year started experiencing the same exact thing weeks later. I’m not pregnant, I’ve been getting periods and I used protection. What could this be? My gyne said to take probiotics. I haven’t been sexually active in 10 months.
