My experience over Obstetrics "3 week long period with concerning clots and fibrous mass"

This is the 3rd time in a year this has happened. The fibrous mass is new. It looked like a small heart (miscarriage not possible ive been celibate for nearly 4 years) Seen gyno about it each time and they just put me on a progesterone taper.
