My experience over Obstetrics "Can you get your period while pregnant if egg hasnt implanted yet?"

Genuine question and I tried to google it, but no answers. Say you had unprotected sex and then a couple days later you got your period. If the egg fertilized but hasn’t yet implanted, could you still get your period if you ovulated more than 1 egg?
