Obstetrics - I don't know what to do:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "I don't know what to do"

My (30M) mom (57F) started bleeding in menopause after 7 years since her last menstruation, she immediately went to obgyn, did PAP test got diagnosed with dysplasia of epithelial cells (English is not my native language sorry if I don't know medical terms), after 3 months she got pathology results that stated she had uterine carcinoma 2, she did chemotherapy (4 appointments) and was weak as result of chemo, now after 8 months she is in hospital cause she complained about her lower back hurting and hip and her belly was bloated. She is in hospital now for 10 days, they did CT scan and told me her cancer spread to colon and liver and pelvis and abdominal walls (metastatic), her left kidney stopped working, they didn't let her eat or drink for 10 days, because of tumors on colon, her CRP was out of control so they gave her antibiotics, she received 4 bags of blood since she is anemic, and surgeons are hesitant to give her colostomy bag but they say it's the only way she can maybe eat, but it's terminal and she will probably die sooner rather than later. I don't know what to do, they didn't tell her anything specific so she thinks she will get better, but they told me she is basically in palliative care. Tbh I think they misdiagnosed her with uterine carcinoma 2, i think It was stage 4 or Maybe some other cancer in the first place since it spread and grow so fast. I love my mom and I wish she would get better and come home and eat and sleep, but Im losing hope.

She did MRI and CT before chemo so they can see where the cancer is, it was localized in uterus area and some neighborhood tissue or rather lymph nodes were enlarged. So they knew where it was and started treatment. Pathology results were delayed because her obgyn asked her to do another PAP smear even tho this one was only month old, but was done by another obgyn, then they did biopsy and pathology took more than a month to give results because many of employees were either with COVID-19 or had to quarantine. She started bleeding August 15th and got her pathology results December 1st.

She also did colonoscopy, cystoscopy, ultrasound, gastroscopy, x-ray, colposcopy and blood test, they all showed nothing, except problems with uterus. Her cancer markers were rising but they were confused why since C19-9 and C125 didn't show anything which they didn't understand.

She had first chemo Jan 24 this year, Feb 14, March 7 and March 28, so every 3 weeks, so after that April happened and everything went downhill.
