Obstetrics - "Possibly hemorrhagic cyst" - please help me out while I try not to Google due to health anxiety:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics ""Possibly hemorrhagic cyst" - please help me out while I try not to Google due to health anxiety"

I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday due to recent pelvic pain and more clotting than usual during periods. The doctors office just called me and she said I have a cyst on my right ovary that's "possibly hemorrhagic" and they want me to see a gynecologist as soon as possible. That appointment is tomorrow morning.

The ultrasound report isn't on the patient portal yet so this is all I know. I have health anxiety and Google always makes things worse. What does all this mean? Why is it only "possibly" hemorrhagic? Could it be something worse? Are these usually benign? What next steps are going to be taken at this gynecologist appointment tomorrow? I'm worried that they seemed to emphasize the seeing the gynecologist ASAP.

Also, I am spotting a bit today which is highly unusual for me. Could this just be from the transvaginal ultrasound yesterday or is this another symptom of this cyst?

I am 39F if that matters.

Thanks all for your help with this.
