My experience over Obstetrics "Random sharp stabby pain in vagina wall?"

Hi I wanted to see if anyone knew what this is or has this as well.

I'm 25F, definitely not pregnant, and on birth control combo triphasic pill for 10 years.

Sometimes I get these sharp stabby pains in the vagina. It's hard to pinpoint but if I had to guess, it's the left side of the vaginal wall maybe down to the vulva? Really feels like being stabbed by a pencil or something.

They come and go for a few seconds at most. But today I'm having quite a lot over the last hour or so. They don't seem to be related to sex or anything physical. I can be standing or sitting doesn't matter. They are quite annoying right now.

I did recently take an inter vaginal cream for yeast infection as a side note, i finished the last dose tuesday night but I've had these pains before the medication, randomly under normal circumstances. Now it's frequent and annoying from this morning.
