My experience over Obstetrics "i'm absolutly terrified to go to my gyno."

I know i shouldnt be scared, but i know that my anxiety will just eat me alive and make me not say anything. I cant even talk to the people around me about it, i guess im worried about being judged. I just have this feeling somthing is wrong down there...i wont go into allot of detail but i feel like things just dont look right. I mean it doesnt hurt to pee or to have sex but i have whats best to describe as cuts or pimples? Maybe even sores? But they dont look like anything ive seen online. I know i should see someone but its so embarresing to me, like its eating away at me even thinking about going there. But im also so so scared somthing is wrong. And what is my vagina hole supposed to look like??? Because ive been scared about that aswell but cant find photos or anything. I've had the same partner for over 4 years now and hes been the only person i've had sex with, and hes only had sex with me. He has nothing wrong with his penis, so what is going on with me?!? I'm in need of help but im too scared to get the right help, so here i am on reddit at 2am....i wish i could just see a doctor over text but thats impossible. SOS what the hell do i do????!!!!
