My experience over Obstetrics "Tubal removal"

I had my tubes cut all the way off (forgot the name) October 2019, not just tied. Ever since then I get back/nerve pain when my period comes on my left side. When I had the procedure, the dr said she popped a cyst on my left ovary (I’m thinking it was an ovulation cyst). Could I have an ovary that’s in the wrong position now and it’s rubbing on a nerve? What is going on in there !?
