My experience over Obstetrics "I’m pregnant again after my miscarriage in April, can I have sex?"

Like the title says, we have thankfully conceived following a heartbreaking miscarriage in April. Im very early, about 4 weeks, and sex feels really good emotionally and physically. So my question is, can I have sex? Why do I feel slightly nervous that I will have a miscarriage because of that?
